Community matters. Hard work matters.
Even though the election results didn't go the way I had hoped, it wasn't due to the lack of effort by so many people. Thank you to everyone who supported my campaign, sometimes while making personal sacrifices. I will never forget your generosity or what you gave up in order to show your support publicly.
I'm proud of the positive tone of my campaign and I'm honoured that so many people followed that example when they encouraged me to continue with an optimistic vision.
There is so much to admire and love about our township, including its natural beauty and the people who fight to preserve it. We must all remain vigilant and keep working hard to protect our natural environment, and I intend to do exactly that.
